Please note that we cannot guarantee that any specific hotel will have enough rooms to accommodate your group, or that everyone in your group will be able to reserve their rooms at the same rate. To ensure a great group travel experience, we recommend the following:

• Plan in advance. We recommend groups reserve their hotel rooms 3 months or more in advance.
• Recommend multiple options to your group. Consider hotels in different price ranges (budget, mid-range, and luxury).
• Pick the right location. Choose hotels that are conveniently located to each other and to scheduled events and activities.
• Consider the type of trip you are planning. The perfect hotel for your family reunion may not be the best hotel for a bachelor party.
• Find hotels with the right amenities. For example, are in-room kitchens or a pool important to your group?
